     The scientific program aims to highlight current research on all aspects of biology.

Language

      English will be the official language of the congress. No simultaneous translation is available.   Oral and poster presentations are encouraged. Abstracts must be received before 5th  December 2007.

 

Call for papers

The poster should be headed with the title as well as the names and addresses of the authors as submitted in the abstract and contain a clear survey on the research data.
 

Abstract instructions

    Authors are invited to submit papers for consideration. The papers should fall into one of the aforementioned thematic areas. Abstracts should be written as concisely as possible. They must focus on results. Contributed papers should be in the form of either oral or poster presentation. Participants wishing to present papers are invited to submit an abstract of no more than one page. Authors are advised to observe the following recommendations:
* Abstracts must be written in English.
* The abstract title should be chosen so as to convey the main contents of the    paper.
* In the introduction, the specific objective of the investigation should be clearly stated.
* The methods used should be briefly mentioned to the extent that they are relevant.
* The description of the results should be clearly distinguished from the conclusions.
* A brief statement of the main conclusions should round off the text.
The paper size of the abstract should be 21 x 29.5 cm (A4) with a margin of 3 cm on the top and bottom and 2.5 cm on the right and left. The abstract should be formatted using Times new Roman font throughout, single-spaced paragraphs, capitalized titles using 14 pt. type, and 12 pt. Type for body text. The abstract should be submitted as a doc file by e-mail attachment before 5th December 2007. Since abstracts will be printed as received, all authors are responsible for providing complete and accurate abstracts. A scientific committee will evaluate the submissions.

Registration fee for participants cover the following activities:

* Meals-Coffee-Tea breaks;
* To attend all conference sections of interest;
* To provide the participants with all information materials of the conference;
* To publish the abstracts in the conference abstract book;
To publish the full-size presentation in the special volume of   the periodical "Bulletin of  Mansoura University" if you need.

Social Events and Tours  
    A variety of social events and tours will be organized for meeting participants and accompanying persons. Tours will be available to aquatic museum of Hurgada. Diving and submarine will be very interesting.
There will be a tour (one day) to the old temples of Luxour) on 16, Mach 2008, (Optional).

Poster display Board
    A 90-cm width and 120-cm height board will be allotted for each poster display.

 Deadline for submitting fees: 1 st February 2008.  

Exhibition 
 An exhibition of scientific equipments, books, computer programs and biology related products is planned during the meetings. Facilities for exhibition at the conference are requested from the conference committee.   Space is available for companies and firms wishing to exhibit their products and activities.
 

Location
    The conference will open at Mansoura University & sessions will be in Hurghada.
From the early 20th century, and until a few years ago, Hurghada remained a small fishing village. But today, it has to be one of the foremost tourist resorts of the Red Sea coast and an international center for aquatic sports.

 

Travel information
    The climate in Hurghada in March is generally warm and dry, with average temperature 25 to 30°C.
