The Minister of Higher Education opens the renovations of the Student Hospital at Mansoura University

Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research opened the renovations of the Student Hospital at Mansoura University, in the presence of Dr. Ayman Mokhtar - Governor of Dakahlia, Prof. Cherif Khater - President of Mansoura University, Prof. Mustafa Refaat – Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities, Prof. Mohamed Attia El Bayoumi - Vice President for Education and Students, and Prof. Mohamed Abel Azeem - Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and the consultant of university president, and Dr. Khaled Mahdi director of Student Hospital.

Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour said that the ministry pays great attention to the development of medical and health services in university hospitals for providing distinguished health services to citizens, indicating that university hospitals enjoy the confidence of citizens due to the distinguished health services they provide, explaining that university hospitals seek to achieve Egypt’s vision 2030 to provide a decent life in terms of health for citizens. He added that the hospital represents an excellent addition to the health care system in Egypt, as it plays a good role in providing medical and treatment services of the highest quality to the people of Mansoura, and other towns around it, he thanked the political leadership for the continuous and unprecedented support for health services provided to citizens, and improving the performance of university hospitals.

Prof. Cherif Khater added that the hospital has a capacity of 70 beds and with a developed operations area, which consists of the minor operations room, the critical operations room, the radiology room, the reception pharmacy, and the beds area, which consists of seven beds, the plaster room, in addition to the number of 8 rooms of auxiliary services.
