During Mansoura University's hosting of the meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities, a cooperation protocol was signed between Mansoura University and Helwan University

On Saturday, May 20, 2023,  Prof. Cherif Khater - President of Mansoura University, and Prof. El Sayed Qandil - President of Helwan University signed a cooperation protocol between Mansoura University and Helwan University, with the aim of partnership between the two universities in the academic and research fields, the exchange of professors and students, and the establishment of joint research projects, in a way that contributes to the development of the educational process.

Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research witnessed the signing of the cooperation protocol during the periodic meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities that was held at Mansoura University , in the presence of Prof. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education, Prof. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary General of the Council, and the members of the Council
