The EyeEG student team at the Faculty of Engineering at Mansoura University won 1st place in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa competition for the first time at Mansoura University in the Dell Technologies-2023 competition. Among 275 projects from 29 countries, Dell Technologies launched the annual graduation project competition for undergraduate students from universities in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. A team from the Faculty of Engineering - Mansoura University participated in a project using artificial intelligence applications with the Internet of Things to implement 5th generation technologies in communications systems. The team was represented by students from the Department of Computer Engineering and Control Systems: Eng. Ahmed Al-Sayed, Eng. Abdel-Rahman Baybars, Eng. Muhammad Taha, Eng. Maghfirah Sherif, Eng. Shamoaa Muhammad, Eng. Habiba Ahmed, and Eng. Yousra Al-Sayed. Under the supervision of Dr. Nahla Bishri, lecturer in the Department of Computer Engineering and Control Systems, with the participation of Eng. Dalia Tarek.
