Mansoura University President Meets with Legal Affairs Members as Part of Second-Line Leadership Training Program

Prof. Cherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, met on May 13, 2025, with members of the General Administration of Legal Affairs participating in the "Second-Line Leadership Skills Development" program, organized by the General Administration of Talent Management and Development from May 12 to 15, 2025. The program was held at the Digital Training Center. The meeting was attended by Dr. Amal Abdel Razek, Director General of the General Administration of Legal Affairs, Prof. Ismail Mohamed Ismail, Professor at the Faculty of Education, and Ms. Rana Mahmoud Othman, Director General of the General Administration of Talent Management and Development.
During the meeting, Prof. Cherif Khater discussed the pivotal role played by the Legal Administration in protecting the university's rights and ensuring the efficient and professional flow of legal procedures. He noted that training second-line leaders is an integral part of the university's strategy to prepare qualified staff with the necessary legal and administrative insights to keep pace with the accelerating pace of work in academic institutions. He also commended the efforts of the legal affairs staff, calling for strengthening the spirit of cooperation between the various university sectors and working as a team to enhance the level of services provided and support the university's goals at the local and international levels.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the University President urged the participants to make the most of these unique programs and apply the skills and experiences acquired in the workplace. This will enhance the quality of institutional performance and contribute to achieving the university's vision of administrative and legal excellence.
It is worth noting that the four-day training program addresses vital topics such as leadership skills, strategic planning, leadership styles, communication skills, and creative problem-solving. It also aims to enhance the efficiency of legal and administrative cadres and prepare second-line leaders to assume future responsibilities within a stimulating organizational environment that supports sustainable development.
