Faculty of Science, Mansoura University holds the 11th  graduate and employment forum.

The Faculty of Science, Mansoura University, organized the 11th  annual graduates and employment forum 2023. Under the patronage of Prof. Cherif Khater, President of the University, and Prof. Muhammad Attia Al-Bayoumi, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs and Acting Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and with the leadership and presence of Prof. Osama Ibrahim Al-Ayyan, Dean of the Faculty of Science. Under the supervision of Prof. Muhammad Fathi Abu Al-Nour, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Science for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Ihab Attia, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and the supervision of Dr. Iman Muhammad Abdel Hadi, lecturer in the Botany Department and Director of the Graduate Follow-up Unit at the Faculty, the forum was organized by the Environment Pioneers team (Al-Mahrousa Science Team).

Prof. Osama Al-Ayyan, said that the faculty’s keenness to hold an employment forum, contributes to providing employment and educational opportunities for our graduate students and helps them find distinctive job opportunities. He praised the role of companies, factories and bodies in participating in the forum, stressing the importance of the faculty and its seven specific programs that serve many specializations and meet the needs of the labor market. He also urged young graduates to make an effort in training and learning in order to be the best ambassadors in the labor market and meet its needs.

Prof. Muhammad Fathi Abu Al-Nour, said that the faculty administration is doing great effort to work to advance in order to improve the faculty, overcome obstacles, solve problems, rebuild the infrastructure, student and research supplies, and what is necessary for the faculty’s merit and eligibility for third accreditation, soon, as well as developing the educational program system to keep pace with the market. The Faculty of Science now has seven unique specific programs, all of which are linked to the needs and requirements of civil society, represented in the labor market. He also extended his thanks and appreciation to the heads of scientific departments, the directors of specific programs, the heads of the boards of directors, the directors of companies, the owners of factories and entities, the directors of medical centers and university hospitals, and the owners of relevant entities for their interest in the promising young graduates of the Faculty of Science, and the focus of its development and growth, and urged them to benefit from the workshops and courses held on the forum.

Dr. Iman Mohamed Abdel Hadi, presented the office’s activity in finding training and employment opportunities in companies and holding nine free workshops on the sidelines of the forum. She praised the cooperation between the sector, business owners, companies and various civil society bodies, and for our young graduates, to work hard to provide strong training opportunities.

During the forum, 7 free workshops and 3 training courses were held on the sidelines of the forum, serving all faculty specializations.
