Mansoura University Deans Council Discusses Preparations and Student Activities for the New Academic Year 2024-2025

Mansoura University Deans Council discussed on September 10, 2024, headed by Prof. Cherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, in its session No. 213, a number of topics related to university affairs, within the framework of preparations for the new academic year 2024-2025, where some important points were emphasized as follows:
- Emphasizing the quality file in the university's faculties and their specific programs.
- Discussing the faculties’ preparations for the new academic year 2024-2025, including announcing study schedules and exam dates, preparing lecture halls, classrooms and laboratories, reviewing maintenance work and technological equipment.
- Discussing each faculty's plan to receive the new academic year during the first week of study for students and holding introductory meetings.
- Discussing the student activities plan in various faculties
- Completion of preparing the electronic university book.
The university president also discussed during the meeting the interest in student activities and events that engance students' skills, and emphasized full cooperation with the Delta Alliance universities, and holding many joint events, scientific research, research teams, student and faculty exchange, and cooperation and participation in various conferences and events.
Prof. Mohamed Attia Al-Bayoumi, Vice President of the University for Education and Students, reviewed the university's plan and preparations for holding electronic exams and developing the exam system. He also pointed out that during the past period, 2.2 million exam papers were corrected and 450,000 electronic exams were held. Exams were also conducted in electronic exam centers with a total capacity of 4,000 computers, and 47,000 students representing 15 faculties of the university.
