Mansoura University President Receives Kuwaiti Cultural Advisor during Visit to Discuss a Master's Thesis at the Faculty of Education

Prof. Cherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, received Prof. Khaled Abdel Aziz Al-Muharib, Cultural Advisor to the State of Kuwait and Director of the Kuwaiti Cultural Office in Cairo on October 15, 2025. The visit was part of the advisor's visit to the university to participate in the discussion and evaluation committee for a master's thesis at the Faculty of Education.
The meeting was attended by: Prof. Mohamed Suwailem Mohamed Al-Basyouni, former Vice President of the University; Prof. Ali Abdel Rabbo Hussein Ismail, Dean of the Faculty of Education; Dr. Shaima Mahmoud Abdel Wahab, Director of the Educational Technology Center and Deputy General Supervisor of International Students at the University; and Dr. Ahmed Salah, Deputy General Supervisor of International Students Administration. Also present from the Kuwaiti Cultural Office was Dr. Hisham Al-Bandari, Director of the Office for Academic Guidance. During the meeting, Prof. Cherif Khater welcomed the Kuwaiti Cultural Counselor, emphasizing the deep fraternal relations between Egypt and Kuwait. He praised the mutual support in the fields of higher education and scientific research, and highlighted Mansoura University's commitment to providing a distinguished academic environment for students from various Arab countries, within the framework of the university's vision of supporting Arab academic and cultural cooperation.
The university president explained that academic visits and participation represent a bridge of communication and integration between Egyptian and Arab universities. He expressed his pride in the Kuwaiti Cultural Office's participation in academic activities held at the university, which reflects Mansoura University's position in attracting distinguished scientific and research talent from various countries.
Prof. Khaled Al-Muharib expressed his pleasure for visiting Mansoura University, praising the significant development he saw in the university's academic and research infrastructure, as well as the quality programs offered by the College of Education in the field of educational technology. He emphasized that the Kuwaiti Cultural Office values its ongoing cooperation with Mansoura University and is proud of its Kuwaiti graduates, who contribute effectively to the development of the education system in Kuwait. Following the meeting, the Kuwaiti Cultural Advisor headed to the Faculty of Education to attend the Master’s thesis discussion session titled: “Designing a Training Environment Based on Chatbot Response Pattern (Text-Voice) to Develop Technological Competencies and Cognitive Depth among Primary School Teachers,” submitted by researcher Muhammad Abd Al-Sattar Salem Shams Al-Din, at the Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Technology. The thesis was held in the Prof. Rushdi Ta’ima Hall (may God have mercy on him), with the participation of the discussion and judging committee, which included: Prof. Muhammad Suwailem Muhammad Al-Basyouni, internal examiner and chairperson, Dr. Shaima Mahmoud Abdel-Wahab, supervisor and member, and Dr. Maysoun Adel Mansour Saleh, supervisor and member.
