Mansoura University President Receives Vice President of Al al-Bayt University in Jordan to Discuss Joint Academic Cooperation

Prof. Cherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, received Prof. Ahmed Alawneh, Vice President of Al al-Bayt University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, at his office this morning to discuss ways to enhance academic and scientific cooperation between the two universities in various fields.

Prof. Ibrahim Abdullah, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Graduate Studies and Research, also attended the meeting, where they reviewed prospects for cooperation in graduate studies, scientific research, and academic exchange programs for faculty members and students.

During the meeting, Prof. Cherif Khater welcomed the university's guest, emphasizing Mansoura University's pride in its strong relations with Jordanian universities and its ongoing commitment to expanding cooperation with Arab academic institutions, which contributes to the exchange of expertise and enhances the quality of the educational and research process. He also noted that Mansoura University has adopted a clear strategy towards internationalizing education and opening up to its Arab and regional environment, which positively impacts the efficiency of educational programs and graduates, and enhances opportunities for cooperation in joint programs, joint academic supervision, and research projects of mutual interest, particularly in legal and humanities fields with a societal dimension. He further emphasized that the meeting addressed ways to attract Jordanian students to study at Mansoura University, given the university's distinguished academic programs and advanced educational and research infrastructure.
