Mansoura University President Honors Deputy Governors of Cairo and Alexandria Following Their Swearing-In

Prof. Cherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, honored Dr. Ahmed El-Adl, Deputy Governor of Cairo, and Dr. Amira Yassin Heikal, Deputy Governor of Alexandria, by presenting them with the university's shield. This recognition was in appreciation of the political leadership's confidence in them, following the presidential decree appointing them and their swearing-in to their new positions.

The ceremony was attended by Prof. Mohamed Attia El-Bayoumi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Mohamed Abdel-Azim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Prof. Tarek Ghalwash, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research.

This honor underscores Mansoura University's pride in its alumni and staff members who have earned the state's trust to assume high-ranking executive positions. The honorees are among the university's distinguished academic talents and exemplary figures who reflect its role in preparing qualified individuals capable of utilizing their academic expertise to support the executive system and serve development goals.

It is worth noting that Dr. Ahmed El-Adl is a distinguished academic from the Faculty of Arts at Mansoura University. He has held several academic and administrative positions within the faculty and the university, and has also served as Deputy Governor of Dakahlia. Throughout his career, he has contributed to supporting development efforts and executive work. Dr. Amira Yassin Heikal, Professor of Computer Engineering and Automatic Control, has held numerous academic and administrative positions within the college, most recently as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering for Community Service and Environmental Development. She has made significant contributions to both academic and community work at the university.
